CNC machined from the highest grade billet aluminum then black anodized, this swingarm doesn’t just look good; a decade of rigorous engineering and testing means unparalleled functionality.

RT Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines

Question: what’s the most powerful component of your motorcycle?

If you answered the engine, you’re wrong. It’s actually your brakes.

In June 2000, CycleWorld magazine ran the ¼ mile on a Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa in 9.86 seconds at 145.80 mph. Powerful stuff, right? Well, an average set of brakes applied at 100% efficiency could stop the same bike at that speed in about 8 and a half seconds. Fitting your bike with Roaring Toyz Performance Stainless Steel Brakes can make your braking performance even more powerful.

Roaring Toyz manufactures complete replacement Stainless Steel Brake Line Kits for almost any and all model of motorcycle and all our kits are backed by a lifetime warranty. Roaring Toyz can also provide any custom configuration or set up you can dream up, so extended swingarms and fat back tire kits are not a problem

Every rider knows good brakes are critical. But here’s a tip – don’t believe your buddy or your local parts expert when they tell you OEM replacement parts will do the trick. Cheaper products using rubber hoses and steel fittings will save you money, but rubber hoses can swell and protrude under pressure, are penetrable and can permit condensation to mingle with the brake fluid, and of course steel rusts.

Roaring Toyz Stainless Steel Brake Line Kits are built from high-grade stainless steel, with all fittings and braided stainless/Teflon hoses sealed in a PVC cover. Unlike heat shrink covers, the PVC cover is extruded onto the hose during manufacture so it adheres to the braid and wont wrinkle or fold.

What does all this really mean? No mingling of condensation, no leaking, ever. So you can relax because that trick paintjob and your bodywork are protected.

Roaring Toyz Stainless Steel Brake Lines are available in a multitude of colors, including translucent yellow, green, blue and red, as well as white, clear, black and carbon like. Want to match that Kawasaki green or Yamaha blue? No problem – we have those colors too.

Like all Roaring Toyz products, the RT Stainless Steel Brake Line Kits will increase the overall aesthetic appeal of your motorcycle while offering outstanding safety and security. With Roaring Toyz Stainless Steel Brake Lines your motorcycle will look better, but much more importantly, it’s going to stop better. And at 145 mph that’s a really good feeling.

All Roaring Toyz Stainless Steel Brake Line Kits contain all items required for installation including stainless steel banjo bolts and copper washers. Front brake line kits come with two lines.

Finally, don’t forget all Roaring Toyz Stainless Steel Brake Line Kits come with a lifetime warranty, and for almost every make and model of motorcycle. And custom configurations are our specialty.

RT 240 Wide Tire Kit Swingarms

Imagine this scenario. You just dropped off your brand new 240 wide tire swingarm conversion kit along with your GSX-R1000 at your local shop for installation. You can’t wait to see the envious stares from local bike night attendees when you roll in on your slick new 240 extended wide tire kit. You’ve barely cleared the driveway when the shops calling you – and they’re furious. They don’t have all the parts to do the install. Where are the correct wheel spacers? Where’s your pivot tube bearings? Why does this  thing not line up correctly? Now you’re picturing rolling into your bike night in your girl’s Honda because the ebay  shop that sold you that cheap swingarm failed to include the parts needed to install it.

Now  you’re cruising down the highway at about 150 mph and life couldn’t be better. You’re on your bike, and after weeks of searching online you finally got all the parts to install that arm kit, and it looks pretty good. Suddenly the swingarm fails or the rear bearings come apart due to bad fitment.

It’s important to save money in difficult economic times, but there are some things that don’t justify compromise. After years of designing and engineering parts, and a full racing career, I can tell you in ugly detail how damaging the failure of a part can be. In fact, half of my scars I earned so you won’t ever experience the pain and heartbreak of going down with your motorcycle when a trick new part breaks because it was made of inferior material or wasn’t properly strength tested.

This is what amazes me: if you have a choice between a tin of quality diced tomatoes from the USA for 90 cents, or a tin of tomatoes from China that might contain lead for 45 cents, there’s no way you’re going to buy the cheaper tomatoes.  If you’re looking for a used car, you wouldn’t get a Ford Pinto, even if it was free and arson is your part time hobby.  Even a Prius might make you think twice; you’re going to do your homework on safety.

But all this common sense evaporates when it comes to motorcycle aftermarket parts. I can’t tell you the number of busted bikes and bones I have seen because someone decided that cheaper was better, even when it comes to purchasing a part that radically alters the structural integrity of your motorcycle.

Take swingarms. The swingarm is arguably one of the most critical components on a motorcycle. We all know what it does – it’s the main fixture of the rear suspension and it holds the rear axle in place while pivoting vertically allowing the suspension to absorb bumps. In other words, it holds your motorcycle together!

Yet time and again we see friends and fellow riders opting to buy an inferior product from ebay or a backwoods shop because it’s cheap. Don’t kid yourself – it’s cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for. The material is low quality and won’t hold up to regular wear and tear, let along rigorous riding. The arm may not be straight, fit right or have the correct swingarm linkage and brake features to work correctly. No strength or endurance testing has been undertaken to ensure it will hold up. Those manufacturers are looking to make a quick buck; if you get hurt in the process, too bad.

You may hesitate to purchase a Roaring Toyz 240 Wide Tire Kit because it’s going to cost you a little more. But what you spend on the front end you’re going to save exponentially on the back end.

Before you make your decision, consider these facts:

  1. Material. You’re swingarm kit is only as strong as the material it’s made from. Roaring Toyz 240 Wide Tire Kits are manufactured from custom extruded reinforced tubular aluminum and aircraft quality Billet Aluminum. The Roaring Toyz 240 Swingarm has been measured straight by G.M.D. Computrack to within the tightest of tolerances.
  2. Engineered and tested: Roaring Toyz engineers spend years designing and testing a swingarm before it becomes available to the public. Roaring Toyz 240 Swingarm kits are tested on the race track, the drag strip, and the street. They’re machine tested for strength, durability and endurance. Every single part incorporated in our swingarm kit is scrutinized to be the lightest, strongest, most durable, best looking part possible. We spent years building custom bikes using other manufacturer’s products only to find serious faults. We’ve taken all this experience and used it to make the highest quality custom wide tire swingarm kits available!
  3. Product liability. Next time you’re thinking of purchasing a part from that backwoods mom and pop shop that never return your calls, ask them to produce proof of their product liability insurance. They don’t have it. Roaring Toyz has product liability insurance because even after hundreds of hours of testing, nothing is for certain. We stand behind the quality, fitment and safety of all our products. Some shops joke “safety first right after cost”. That’s no joke to Roaring Toyz – you better believe we have product liability insurance because ensuring your safety is always our top priority.
  4. Quality Components. Roaring Toyz Custom 240 Wide Tire Swingarm conversion kits are sold with superior components. Take our wheels for example. We only use Performance Machine forged wheels. The Bentley of custom wheels, Performance Machine wheels are forged from the finest grade material money can buy, and the fitment and tolerances are machined to the tightest and safest standards in the industry.  Over the years I have seen thousands of wheels fail. Bad fitment, bad bearing tolerances, bad or no cush drive assemblies, poor chrome work, crappy powder coat finish and unsafe designs make these wheels lethal to riders. PLEASE pay attention when buying wheels and make sure you get something highly engineered and safe!! You ride a sportbike and will probably be going 100MPH or more at some point, and every product we sell is designed to look great, perform under pressure, and last.
  5. Complete kits. When you buy a Roaring Toyz 240 Swingarm Kit you get everything you need – everything! No searching around trying to find spacers after your bike is on the lift. No nasty surprises from your local shop because they sold you the extra parts at double the cost. The Roaring Toyz 240 Swingarm Kits come with absolutely everything you need:
    1. Custom Swingarm Extended to length of your choice from 2-14″over stock wheelbase
    2. Performance Machine or R.C. Components Custom Forged Aluminum Billet 17×3.5 Front & 18×8.5 Rear Wheels
    3. Strong Steel Rear sprocket size of your choice
    4. Offset Front Sprocket
    5. XXL 240MM Wide Rear Tire
    6. Heavy Duty X-Ring Extended Chain
    7. Extended Stainless Steel Rear Brake Line
    8. Custom Machined Nitrade Coated Rear Axle
    9. Rear wheel spacers
    10. New swingarm bearings (as required)
    11. All Nuts, Bolts and Hardware needed for Installation
    12. Billet rear brake caliper hanger
    13. Rear Brake Line Clamps
    14. Custom Radial Mount Rear Brake Kit on models that require replacement

Next time you think about buying that cheap swingarm, ask yourself if you would buy that cheap Pinto. Now imagine buying that Pinto and realizing the seats and wheels aren’t included. Have I made my point? Roaring Toyz 240 Swingarm kits make your bike look incredible. But far more important – our kits are going to hold up, perform well, and keep you safe no matter how hard you ride.

Roaring Toyz manufacturers 240 Swingarm Kits for every popular make and model of sportbike bike. We have kits available for Suzuki Hayabusa, GSXR 600, 750, 1000, TL1000R, Kawasaki ZX14, ZX10, ZX6, Z1000, Ninja 1000, Yamaha R1, BMW S1000RR. If you don’t see the make and model of your bike listed, give us a call and we’ll set you up.

2009-2010 Yamaha FZ6R Lowering Links

Like all Roaring Toyz products, the FZ6R Lowering Links are machined in house at the RT Sarasota, Florida headquarters from the finest grade 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum. Why does this matter to you? Because any time you tamper with the structure of your motorcycle you need to be sure you are using high quality parts that won’t fail. There are cheaper lowering links available, but imagine launching your newly lowered FZ6R only to have those lowering links break? The cost of that failure could be extreme, and the money you save on purchasing cheaper parts will be spent hundreds of times over fixing your bike, and possibly fixing yourself.

Our lowering links have been rigorously tested in house by Roaring Toyz engineers, and are proven to hold up under the most rigorous conditions including the most aggressive street, strip and track riding. Our links are designed for a perfect fit to the tightest of tolerances to work perfect on your bike.

Our Roaring Toyz FZ6R Lowering Links are the safest way to lower your FZ6R for better take offs, or to accommodate a shorter inseam. Our rear end link allows for a drop of 1.75″ from stock, measured from the rear axle straight up. It’s important to note that when lowering any bike we suggest lowering the front and rear of the bike an even amount. On the Yamaha FZ6R we suggest sliding the forks up in the trees 1.25″. When lowered evenly the bike will require the kickstand to be shorter to ensure the bike to sit sturdily and looks more attractive.

These Lowering Links Will Fit
2009 FZ6R
2010 FZ6R

Don’t Forget…..

2009-2010 Yamaha FZ6R Kickstand
You installed the RT FZ6R Lowering Links, and now your Yamaha is sitting low and mean! Don’t forget you need a shorter kickstand. Designed to complement our 1.75″ FZ6R Lowering Links, the 2009-2010 RT FZ6R kickstand is machined in house at the RT Sarasota, Florida headquarters from the finest grade 6061 T6 Aluminum Billet. Black anodized featuring a contrast cut pocket design the RT FZ6R Kickstand will ensure your Yamaha sits solid and looks great.

Custom 2011 Kawasaki Vaquero

Stock Kawasaki Vaquero

Robert Fisher from Roaring Toyz has been in motorcycle business for years and has done everything from racing his own bikes to building custom sportbikes. Coming from a racing background Robert has always strived to create custom bikes that not only look great but also are extremely rideable. As time rolled on and his customer base expanded, Robert started to become more interested in cruisers — and when Kawasaki launched the new Vaquero Cruiser at their Dealer Meeting, Robert’s interest in cruisers really peaked. Featuring a 1700 twin cylinder in a custom muscular chassis, Robert saw huge customizing potential in the Vaquero. After some discussions with his team, building a custom Vaquero became the perfect catalyst to launch a new division of his company offering custom parts for the cruiser market: Roaring Twinz.

Before long a brand new Vaquero arrived in at the Roaring Twinz shop in Sarasota Florida with instructions from Kawasaki to have it customized and ready to display at Daytona Bike Week in less than 14 days. Customizing a bike isn’t exactly a quick project, especially when dealing with a brand new bike where all custom parts need to be created from scratch. Robert and his crew of technicians saw the Vaquero project as a great challenge and pulled out all the stops to build it into an amazingly cool bike in just two weeks. Roaring Twinz had a vision for the bike which included fitting a larger 21” front wheel to amplify an already very attractive bike. They also needed to add a whole slew of custom parts, a custom paintjob, airbag suspension and a killer stereo system. All of this using parts that didn’t exist and a deadline that was ambitious to say the least.

With many years in the customizing business, Robert has formed great relationships with other manufacturers of custom bike parts so he got on the phone to get help pulling this whole project together. The first order of business was to find a custom 21” front wheel that would serve as the centerpiece of this custom bike. The team at Performance Machine came through with a set of their new Paramount Platinum Cut 21” Front Wheels and Matching front brake rotors. But, being that there are no fitments for this new bike, Roaring Twinz had to machine a set of Harley hubs and wheels spacers to fit wheel to the Vaquero. They also machined fender spacers to space the stock front fender up to fit the bike.

Performance Machine (PM) also provided a set of black anodized Floor Boards, but again these had to be modified with custom brackets to fit on the Vaquero. Performance Machine also makes a really cool air cleaner assembly so Roaring Toyz machined a backing plate to fit it for the Vaquero. Not only did the intake look great, but it showed a power increase of 8.5 HP on the dyno as the additional air flow helped lean out an already rich fuel curve.

With the bike now rolling on custom PM wheels, Roaring Twinz went to work on the suspension to lower the bike. For this they turned to their friends a Progressive Suspension and ordered a front fork lowering kit and an Air Dragger rear suspension kit. Roaring Twinz had to made a couple modifications for a proper fit and ended up getting a nice low and mean set-up.

Next, the Roaring Twinz crew went to work on getting a custom handlebar set-up. For this they got a set of Burly Brand 13” Bagger Bars. To make them fit they needed some form of handlebar risers and luckily they found a really trick handlebar riser from Roland Sands Design (RSD) that fit great and looked awesome. With the bars higher than stock the switch wires needed to be longer, so the wires were extended and run internally through the bars for a cleaner look. Extended Roaring Toyz Stainless Steel braided brake and clutch lines were made up and wrapped with neon green sheathing. The new handlebar set-up was finished off with a set of Performance Machine black anodized grips and custom machined brake and clutch levers.

Now that the bike had a great foundation it needed some great sound. Bagger bikes have so much room for stereo equipment that the combinations are nearly endless. The final build features a set of 8” three way speakers installed in the rear bags along with a 400 watt JL Audio marine amplifier and a set of JL Audio 5.25” speakers on the dash. An iPod feeds the system with tunes and it’s all controlled through a Kawasaki accessory switch mounted on the left handlebar.

The bike needed a custom paintjob to finish it off and since it’s a Kawasaki Roaring Twinz opted for some Kawasaki green. The bike was painted with custom coat of Candy Lime Green along with some black and grey highlights to break it up. The end result is a spectacular looking bike that’s sure to turn the heads of both sportibke and cruiser riders.

Amazingly, Robert and his team at Roaring Twinz were able to get the custom Vaquero finished in an incredibly short timeframe and debuted at Daytona Bike Week. Most of the riders at Bike Week hadn’t even seen a Vaquero yet, much less a fully customized Vaquero so the bike was a big hit. In the process of creating this custom Vaquero, Roaring Twinz collected dimensions and prototyped parts for the bike that are now in production and available as bolt on modifications to Vaquero owners. Robert is now going full steam ahead with Roaring Twinz and this Vaquero definitely won’t be the last custom Twin to emerge from his Florida shop.

2011 Kawasaki Customs: ZX-10, Ninja 1000, Z-1000 and Vaquero

Sarasota, FL – When Roaring Toyz and Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. team up you can be certain the results will be ground breaking. Robert Fisher, owner and founder of Roaring Toyz, is pleased to announce an exciting new project with Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. that involves the complete customization of four of Kawasaki’s newest, most exciting 2011 models; the Ninja® ZX-10R, the Ninja 1000, the Z1000 and the Vulcan® 1700 Vaquero™.

Fisher has enjoyed a long and exciting relationship with Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., commencing with the first ever customized 2006 Ninja ZX-14, but this is the biggest venture Fisher has ever taken on with the premier Japanese manufacturer.  “We’ve done some incredible builds with Kawasaki in the past, but this is by far the most expansive and exciting” commented Fisher.

Customizing the four new Kawasaki models is only the first step in a major promotional program explains Fisher. “This program has three key elements; transforming these motorcycles into gorgeous custom creations that showcase all the possibilities of a custom Kawasaki, documenting the build-up process step by step and sharing this content with consumers on the Roaring Toyz website, Facebook page and our new blog, and touring this bikes around the country so people can see them in person.”

Fisher will be working with additional partners during the customization process to show off the variety of parts and accessories currently available for Kawasaki sportbikes and cruisers. To start each Kawasaki will be fitted with a Vance and Hines exhaust, Performance Machine wheels and accessories, and Progressive Suspension components. Fisher will add on more partners as the project progresses.

As always, Fisher will also design, develop and test a variety of new Roaring Toyz parts for the motorcycles. Fully equipped to machine parts in house, Fisher uses only top grade 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum and spends months testing and engineering his parts on racebikes and turbo bikes to ensure each part features uncompromising strength, performance and durability.

Fisher is delighted by the arrival of the Vulcan 1700 Vaquero. “I requested a Vaquero for a good reason. Roaring Toyz will always be North America’s first choice for custom sportbike parts and builds, but I am itching to diversify a little and try something new. Expansion is coming, and it’s going to bring exciting options to our current and future customers.”

Once complete, the newly decked out Kawasakis will be loaded into the Roaring Toyz rig, which includes an impressive forty foot glass trailer, and will hit the road for a national tour. First stop is Daytona Bike Week where Fisher will debut the fully customized Vulcan 1700 Vaquero. Fisher will also be on hand to showcase his incredible builds at Atlantic Beach Bike Fest in South Carolina May 27 – 29th and at the MotoGP Indianapolis, August 26 – 29th. Additional locations and dates will be announced in the coming weeks. Roaring Toyz to Sponsor the 2012 PRO Convention

Sarasota, FL – Robert Fisher, Owner and Founder of Roaring Toyz is very proud to announce his sponsorship of the 9th Annual 2012 PRO Convention, USA being held in Atlanta, GA from January 5 to January 8, 2012. The most prominent custom sportbike builder and manufacturer of custom sportbike parts in North America, Roaring Toyz has been heavily vested in the club community for over a decade.

Fisher could barely contain his enthusiasm over this new relationship: “For me this was an easy decision. I have been working with club members for years, customizing their bikes and manufacturing top quality, carefully engineered parts for their motorcycles. The 2011 PRO Convention blew my mind. It was well organized, well run, informative and quite frankly packed! I have major respect for the PRO Convention committee members, and their overall goals and objectives, and the least I could do was step in and sponsor their incredible efforts!”

“I am so pleased that Roaring Toyz is a 2012 PRO Convention, USA sponsor.  Roaring Toyz has demonstrated they are a company that shares in helping in the success and growth of the PRO Convention, USA” explained Ladie, PROC USA Committee member. “The PRO Convention is entering its 9th year.  With that comes hard work and dedication to continue to push forward. Having the support of a prominent motorcycle builder and manufacturer like Roaring Toyz means a lot, and I want to thank Robert for being a part of the PRO Convention team.”

One of Fisher’s goals is to work with PRO Convention members to better understand safety and customization. “I’ve spend over ten years testing and engineering parts on racebikes and turbo bikes to ensure each part features uncompromising strength, performance and durability” explained Fisher. “It breaks my heart to see riders purchasing poorly engineered parts made from sub grade material just to save money. I understand the economy makes spending money difficult, but you can’t put a price tag on your life. Cheap equals inferior, inferior means failure, and when you’re talking about parts like swingarm extensions, failure can have catastrophic results. I am not saying buy my parts, but I am saying if you can’t afford the best parts, don’t buy anything.”

As part of their sponsorship commitment, Roaring Toyz will be offering PRO Convention members a variety of exclusive discounts, and offers, as well as providing product for a variety of PRO Convention organized give aways and incentives.
